Please read the warning before attending our haunted attractions. For your own safety, you must understand the type of environment our attractions offer before entering at your own risk! Although we have installed gravel paths in our attractions this is a working farm and there may be mud in some areas therefore we are not responsible for any loss or damage due to muddy conditions. We do not know the health conditions of any of our guests, so we require all guests to read and understand all warnings before you enter. Please read the following warnings very carefully before considering attending our events. Our haunted Attraction, do require all guests to follow all rules, Regulations and understand you enter at your own risk. Please read all rules listed below. You assume all risk to entering our attractions. Please DO NOT attend our events if you have ANY type of health concerns or issues. DO NOT attend our attractions if you are not physically fit, have pre-existing medical conditions, have poor vision, and especially any type of heart or respiratory condition. The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by World Health Organization. COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person to person contact.

Our company has in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19; however, we cannot guarantee that you will not become infected with COVID-19. We suggest that all guests do NOT attend if you're experiencing flu like Symptoms.

Assumption of the Risk and Waiver of Liability Relating to Coronavirus/COVID-19

Abandoned Acres Farm Haunted Attraction has in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19; however, we cannot guarantee that you will not become infected with COVID-19. Further, your employment could increase your risk of contracting COVID-19.

Abandoned Acres Farm Haunted Attraction has taken enhanced health and safety measures.

By attending our attraction you're in agreement, I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that I may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by my attendance and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, employees, volunteers, and participants and their families.

I voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to myself (including but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness. damage, loss, claim. liability, or expense, of any kind, that I may experience or incur in connection with my employment at Abandoned Acres Farm Haunted Attraction. On my behalf, I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless Abandoned Acres Farm Haunted Attraction, its employees, agents, and representatives, of and from Claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. I understand and agree that this release includes any Claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of Abandoned Acres Farm Haunted Attraction its employees, agents, and representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after participation in any program.
